The bride, Donna Noble had been walking down the isle when she was taken into theTardis. After the initial surprise the doctor and Donna began to bond as they returned to see Donna's should be husband. The that escalates when robot santas arrive and begin blowing up the party. The doctor and Donna were forced to go to Donna's workspace where the evil Racnoss revealed herself and her plan to free all of her young from the centre of the planet and let them devour the Earth. The doctor defeated the Racnoss but Donna stopped him from making a mistake and losing control. After returning home Donna decided not to join the doctor but these two would meet again.
