2010 Update

I will try my best to post about all important news about the new series when I can but i will no longer be posting about every day of filming unless there is something that I believe to be of major interest such as new monsters etc.

Doctor Who 2010

So i guess that we are nearly ready now for the 2010 series of Doctor Who. We have a new Doctor, a new companion a new Head Writer and now a new logo. This morning at 8:00 am i was waiting for this logo to be revealed. Here is the video of the new logo in all its glory

So what do you think, good? Bad? Personally i love it and canot wait to see what the titles are going to be like too! Comments wanted, what do you think?

The New Doctor Who Logo

Again I am sorry for the lack of posts recently but I just need to get things organised. The backlog of Guide to Doctor Who posts will be up some time this week and again on Friday then back to normal (Every Friday) after that. The latest life of the tenth doctor video is here:

But now onto other news and the news that this post is titled for. The new logo for the 2010 series with Matt Smith is going to be revealed at 8:00am GMT tomorrow on the Doctor Who site. I'll get the image up on the afternoon.

How is series 5 coming along?

So, filming is continuing for the 2010 series of Doctor Who. We have already seen RiverSong at what looks like the crash of the Byzantuim. But what else is in store for the eleventh doctor and Amy Pond.

In this picture we can see The Doctor, Matt Smith and Terrance Hardiman who is best known in the UK for his role as the demon headmaster. He seems to be wearing a monk's outfot which would fit with the abbey that they are filming at. Does any else think that this monk may be of the meddling sort.

In this image from Combom, we can see the doctor and lots of other staff outside the abby. But who is that circled? Could it be Billie Piper or perhaps just a blonde haired crew member. Time will tell.
