What do you want to see in the 2010 series?

We know very little about the upcoming series at the moment. We know that Riversong is returning for at least one episode and as i posted yesterday the Daleks are back too.
What enemies would you like to see in the new series. Monsters from the classic series like the ice warriors or the sea devils. Or some monsters returning from the Russel T Davis era like the Krillitane or the Slitheen. Or some new monsters?
So what would make your perfect series of Doctor Who for 2010?

The Daleks are back!
During some filming for the 2010 series a Dalek was spotted on the roof of a building. The story is set in World War Two and seems to involve the Daleks and both sides of the war. Here is a photo pf the top of a Dalek on the roof of the building from filming

Also it has been reported on Combom that the doctor was heard shouting: "I sent you back into the void. I saved the whole of reality from you. I am the Doctor, and you are the DALEKS!"

Thanks to Combom and Alun Vega for the report

The Eyeless By Lance Parkin (Review)

I think that this is one of the best Doctor Who novels that i have read. The doctor on his own creates a new dynamic that has not been explored before. The mystery of the planet, the weapon and the eyeless is great throughout the book and come to a great climax at the end of the book.
The descriptions of the appearance and technology inside the fortress is great and really puts an image in the readers mind. The Eyeless make great enemies in the story and i would love for them to be brought into the TV series.
The tenth doctors personality is perfectly shown in this book as his fun and joking side is set against the stern and all knowing side that the doctor has.
A great read and an all round great story. Well worth a read 10/10

The Eyeless By Lance Parkin

Today I bought this book and i plan to read it in the next week. Here is the synopsis:

'At the heart of the ruined city of Acropolis is the fortress. It's a brutal structure placed here by one of the sides in a devastating intergalatic war that's long ended. Fifteen years ago, the entire population of the planet was killed in an instant by the weapon housed eep in the heart of the fortress. Now only the ghosts remain.
The Doctor arrives, and determines to fight his way past the fortress's automatic defences and put the weapon beyond use. But he soon discovers he's not the only person in Acropolis. What is the true nature of the weapon? Is the planet really haunted? Who are the Eyeless? And what will happen if they get to the weapon before the doctor?
The doctor as a fight on his hands. And this time he's all on his own.'

After reading this i decided that it sounded like a great read and a interesting dtory as the doctor is left alone. I will post a review of the book as i go through and will give it a rating.

I plan to do more of these as i collect more and more Doctor Who stories and classic DVD's.

The Tenth Doctor's Regeneration

We know that is going to happen at the end of the year*
But what will cause the tenth doctor's regeneration?

The Master- Seems the obvious answer
Lucy Saxon- We all know that she has a reputation
Ood Sigma- He has been seen with the evil red eyes
The Timelords- If they do return will they force the doctor to regenerate as a punishment?
Sacrifice- Will the doctor sacrifice himself for somebody? Donna? Wilf?
Fall over a brick- The doctor said himself that it would be a painless death depending on the brick
Some weird but wonderfull way that RTD will think up himself- Sounds like him!

No matter how the tenth doctor bites the dust i'm sure that nobody will ever forget it

*Or at the start of next year

A Guide To The Tardis (Part Two): The Tardis' interior is large than the outside due to, 'Timelord Science'. The inside of the tardis had changed style many times. It has been silver and futuristic but also organic and living in the new era (2005-Continued). The Tardis that the doctor has is a type 40 tardis. There had previously been 305 but all if the other Type 40 were replaced with newer models except for the doctor's which he stole. (Continued Tomorrow)
